User Agreement
Before using the Service, please read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement, especially clauses that may materially affect your rights (such as limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and minors clauses). By clicking "Agree", registering, logging in, or continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Definitions and Scope of Application
1.1 This Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of the Service regarding your download, installation, registration, login, and use of the Service.
1.2 The Service includes, without limitation, client applications, web services, content browsing and publishing, community interactions, account systems, third-party login, virtual goods top-up, and consumption features.
1.3 The Privacy Policy accompanying this Agreement forms an integral part of this Agreement and has the same legal effect in relation to your use of the Service.
2. Account Registration, Login, and Security
2.1 You may log in as a guest or through third-party accounts (such as Google, Apple, or Facebook), subject to actual product availability. To provide guest account services, we may read device identifiers (such as Android ID on Android devices) to identify your guest account. Such identifiers are used solely for account identification within this app and are not used for cross-app advertising tracking. For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
2.2 You must ensure your account information is obtained lawfully. You may not impersonate, steal, purchase others' accounts, or obtain accounts by improper means.
2.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, login devices, and verification information. Losses caused by your improper safekeeping are your responsibility, except where otherwise required by law or due to the operator's intent or gross negligence.
2.4 If you detect account anomalies, unauthorized access, or security risks, you should contact customer support immediately.
3. Service Content and Rules of Use
3.1 You may browse content, interact, upload assets, and display models/media through the Service. Some features depend on network connectivity, system capabilities, or permission authorization.
3.2 To ensure availability, the Service may use technical components such as Unity modules, WebView, and local static resource services. You understand and agree to necessary technical adaptations and upgrades within a reasonable scope.
3.3 You must not use the Service for illegal or non-compliant activities, including but not limited to:
- Publishing or distributing illegal, infringing, fraudulent, violent, pornographic, or otherwise offensive content;
- Interfering with, attacking, reverse engineering, cracking, scraping, mass-registering, maliciously inflating traffic, or undermining system stability;
- Infringing others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or other lawful rights and interests;
- Exploiting vulnerabilities for gain, bypassing payment, forging transactions, or engaging in money laundering.
4. Top-Ups, Virtual Goods, and Refund Rules
4.1 The Service may offer virtual currency, value-added features, or other digital content. You may complete payments through in-app purchase channels on Apple App Store or Google Play (subject to actual platform support).
4.2 You understand and agree that in-app purchase capabilities such as charges, billing, and refunds are provided by the relevant app store platforms, and their applicable rules and policies shall prevail.
4.3 For reconciliation and fulfillment, we may submit necessary order information to our server (such as product identifiers, platform order numbers, purchase tokens, or verification data). We do not directly process sensitive payment account information such as your bank card number or payment password.
4.4 If delivery is delayed due to network issues or system failures, you may contact customer support, and we will provide reissuance or other reasonable handling after verification.
5. User Content and Intellectual Property
5.1 Content you upload, publish, or distribute (including without limitation text, images, videos, models, and links) must be lawfully sourced and must not infringe any third-party rights.
5.2 You grant the operator a non-exclusive license, to the extent necessary for providing the Service, to store, display, distribute, technically process, security-review, and back up such content.
5.3 Intellectual property rights in the Service's software, interface, documents, logos, code, and functional design belong to the operator or relevant rights holders, and may not be used without prior written permission.
6. Permissions, Devices, and Network
6.1 To provide specific features, the Service may request system permissions (such as photo/media access and network access). You may manage authorization status in system settings.
6.2 To provide guest account services, the Service may read device identifiers (such as Android ID on Android devices) for guest account identification. Such identifiers are used solely for account identification within this app and are not used for cross-app advertising tracking.
6.3 Refusing necessary permissions may make certain features unavailable, but will not affect features that do not rely on those permissions.
6.4 You are responsible for network traffic charges and communication fees incurred when using the Service.
7. Service Interruption, Changes, and Termination
7.1 Subject to applicable laws and regulations, the operator may update, upgrade, maintain, or optimize service content, features, APIs, and pricing strategies.
7.2 Where service interruption or unavailability is caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party service issues, or system maintenance, the operator will make reasonable efforts to restore service.
7.3 If you violate this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations, the operator may, depending on circumstances, issue warnings, restrict features, suspend, or terminate services.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the extent permitted by law, the operator provides the Service within a reasonable and controllable scope and is not liable for indirect losses caused by your own reasons, third-party reasons, or force majeure.
8.2 For losses arising from third-party services (such as app store payments, third-party login, or external webpages), the operator will provide reasonable assistance for communication and handling in accordance with law.
8.3 Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Minors
9.1 If you are a minor, you should use the Service only after your guardian has read and agreed to this Agreement.
9.2 Guardians should supervise and manage minors' use of the Service, especially top-ups, content publishing, and social interactions.
10. Agreement Updates and Notices
10.1 This Agreement may be updated due to changes in laws, regulations, regulatory policies, or business needs. Updates will be announced through the app, official website, or other reasonable means.
10.2 If updates materially affect your rights, we will provide prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
11.1 The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in your local jurisdiction, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
11.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring proceedings before the courts with competent jurisdiction in your local area.
