12. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your Pixoo account and related personal data. We provide the following methods:

12.1 In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the Pixoo app.
  2. Go to More.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Confirm the deletion. After confirmation, your account and related data will be removed from our servers.

12.2 Request by Email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to service@pixoo.cc with your registered email or account identifier. We will process verified requests within 15 business days.

12.3 Partial Data Deletion

To delete specific data without deleting your account, email service@pixoo.cc and specify the data type (such as feedback records or uploaded photos/videos).
