- When you log in as a guest, we may read device identifiers (such as Android ID on Android devices) to identify and maintain your guest account.
- Device identifiers collected for guest account services are used solely for account identification within this app and are not used for cross-app advertising tracking.
2.2 Device and Network Information
- Device model, operating system version, app version, network type, screen resolution, and device identifiers (such as Android ID on Android devices, or an app-generated and stored device ID).
- Purpose: guest account identification, account security, troubleshooting, API compatibility, service optimization, and anti-abuse controls.
2.3 Transaction and Order Information (In-App Purchases)
- When you top up or make a purchase, we may process product identifiers, order numbers, purchase receipts, purchase tokens, and transaction status for order creation, delivery verification, re-issuance, and reconciliation.
- When you pay through Apple App Store or Google Play, sensitive payment data such as payment accounts and bank card information is handled by the relevant app store. We do not directly collect or store your full payment account details.
2.4 Content You Upload Voluntarily
- Images, videos, or files you choose to upload when submitting feedback, publishing covers, or uploading assets.
- Purpose: content publishing and display, issue diagnosis, user support, and security review.
2.5 Logs and Runtime Information
- During your use of the service, we may collect necessary log information (such as request status, error logs, timestamps, and API paths) to diagnose issues and ensure service stability and security.

4.1 We may use cookies, session identifiers, and local storage to maintain login status, save preferences, and cache business data.
4.2 Our app uses secure storage and local storage capabilities (such as secure storage and preference storage) to store tokens and necessary configuration. We take encryption or isolation measures where possible to reduce risk.
5. How We Share, Transfer, and Disclose Information
5.1 Entrusted Processing and Necessary Sharing
To provide core features, we may cooperate with the following categories of third parties and share information within the necessary scope:
- Identity authentication and third-party login providers (Google / Apple / Facebook);
- App store payment platforms (Apple App Store / Google Play);
- Cloud and network service providers (for APIs and content delivery).
We require partners to adopt security measures no less stringent than those in this policy and, where required by law, enter into data processing agreements.
5.2 Transfer
In principle, we do not transfer your personal information. If a merger, division, or asset transfer occurs, we will notify you as required by law and ensure the recipient remains bound by this policy.

- We retain personal information only for the shortest period necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.

12. Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your Pixoo account and related personal data. We provide the following methods:
12.1 In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the Pixoo app.
- Go to More.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion. After confirmation, your account and related data will be removed from our servers.
12.2 Request by Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to service@pixoo.cc with your registered email or account identifier. We will process verified requests within 15 business days.
12.3 Partial Data Deletion
To delete specific data without deleting your account, email service@pixoo.cc and specify the data type (such as feedback records or uploaded photos/videos).
